Standard charges have been established for all services at Oasis Surgery Center. The fee for your procedure, supplies, medication, use of equipment and the recovery room will be billed to your insurance company.
Charges for anesthesia and the surgeon are billed separately.
An estimate will be given to you prior to surgery; but additional charges may be necessary.
Prior to your surgery date, you will be contacted regarding your insurance coverage. Due to the number of insurance plans, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company if you have a question regarding coverage or pre-authorizations / pre-certifications.
Deductible, coinsurance and copays are expected to be paid on the day of surgery, unless PRIOR arrangements are made.
After surgery, we will handle your insurance claim for you. You will be asked to sign an “assignment of benefits” so that payment will be directed to the Surgery Center.
Any additional amounts not covered by your insurance will be billed to you. We accept cash, cashiers checks and most major credit cards with approval on the date of service.
